Known as a "silent sweep" movement, the clock's hands glide in a constant motion, eliminating the ticking sound commonly associated with timepieces. However, in a completely silent room, a faint whirring may be perceptible, particularly for those with heightened hearing.

Old or poor-quality batteries may cause the clock to lose time or stop. 3. When cleaning, use a light dusting with a soft, clean, and dry cloth only. The use of liquids and cleaning agents may damage the finish. 4. Ensure an adequate wall fixing is used to hang the clock, taking into account the wall type and the weight of the clock. 5. Keep the clock out of direct sunlight, as the dial and case may begin to fade.
